SAP FICO Manager with Project SystemsLocation: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remoteLet us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland - a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.We are looking for a SAP FICO Leader to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team to navigate clients through IT transformation journeys by first developing and proposing business vision then implementing cutting - edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players.The opportunityIn this particular role, as a member of our team, you'll have a chance to reuse and extend your knowledge & experience by working within our SAP Team & best practices. You will have opportunity to work on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You'll taking the leading roles and responsibility for the whole projects or dedicated areas. You will be strongly cooperating with our partners across the regions.Your key responsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you'll have a chance to extend your experience. You'll support clients as FICO workstream lead on the project.Skills and attributes for success

You'll enthusiastically interact with various teams to pursue on the opportunities to propose clear vision and value proposition to the clients
You'll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems
You'll be willing to work in international environment and travel when required

To qualify for the role, you must have

10+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling area
7+ years of experience in SAP Project System
Project Stream and Team Lead experience
Deep understanding of SAP Solutions & architecture
Drive for business development and building relations with partners
Great understanding of end-to-end business processes
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Strive for Continuous Improvement and Growth
SAP Activate knowledge
Very good communication and presentation skills
Team work skills

Ideally, you'll also have

SAP Signavio knowledge
German or other language knowledge
Great sense of humour
