With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland, an HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and hubs across the UK, Germany and Italy, Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.About the role:As a Business Controller, you will be a key part of the Finance team, working at the intersection of finance and operations. This role supports data-driven decision-making by providing financial insights into manufacturing performance and cost efficiency. You will report directly to the Finance Director and collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure financial transparency and operational excellence.Your responsibilities:

Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes for manufacturing operations,
Monitor production costs and analyze variances (actual vs. planned),
Prepare monthly reports and insights for the production and logistics teams,
Collaborate with the operations team to identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements,
Participate in the creation of financial models supporting strategic and investment decisions,
Work with global teams to implement standardized financial processes across the group.

What we expect:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field,
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing environment,
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365),
Proactive mindset, structured approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment,
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
