To successfully deliver on this vision, we are looking for Business-Oriented Procurement Expert to lead and drive this change in Eastern European Cluster, working closely with senior stakeholders and global teams.If you are passionate about procurement and ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic, international environment, we invite you to apply and be part of our journey!Key responsibilities:· Partner for Leadership in cluster: Act as the primary point of contact and strategic procurement partner within the cluster, providing visionary leadership for all procurement-related activities· Strategic alignment. Foster alignment between Global Category Managers, Operational Procurement teams, and local procurement efforts to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Category expertise. You will be supporting the local cluster across the different markets in spend categories related to building and running our retail stores, local media & marketing suppliers and various professional services suppliers related to HR and Finance.

· Stakeholder influence. Cultivate and maintain trust with key local stakeholders, proactively guiding purchase requests through optimal channels.· Procurement Excellence: Lead the identification, negotiation, selection, and management of local supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to global sourcing processes and frameworks. Support global teams in regional RFx processes and provide strategic insights to inform global category strategies. Think Global, Act local.· High stakes Negotiation. Lead negotiations for major local agreements, ensuring substantial impact on local P&L and effective risk management. · Supplier Accountability: Hold relevant local suppliers to the agreed performance standards, intervening as necessary to enhance value delivery.· Policy Advocacy: Champion local awareness and adherence to key procurement policies and processes.· Strategy Implementation: Drive the implementation of global category management strategies and guidelines at the local level across diverse categories.· Local Sustainability Leadership: Collaborate with central sustainability teams to drive local initiatives that contribute to Pandora's emissions reduction targets.· Legal Partnership: Establish strong collaborative relationships with local Legal teams to develop and enforce contracting templates and practices that safeguard Pandora's interests.We're a perfect match, if You have:· 5-8 years of experience in indirect procurement in a dynamic, international environment (preferably from the retail sector).· Fluency in English and Polish.· Extensive Procurement Experience & toolbox: Deep knowledge and expertise in procurement processes, tendering/negotiations, supplier management and understanding of procurement strategies at the global and local level to ensure strategic alignment.· Excellent communication skills: Requires high-level communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate major agreements, and align global and local procurement efforts.· Challenger mindset: Challenging traditional methods to achieve strategic objectives.· Change Management and influencing Skills: Ability to lead transformational change and influence senior stakeholders.· Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and execute high-impact procurement strategies.· Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying and mitigating compliance and financial risks.· Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills: Skill in building strong alliances across legal, finance, and other teams.Our Offer:· Work in a company with a unique organizational culture focused on people and continuous development.· Cooperation based on employment contract; hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite from our office on Domaniewska 28 street).· Free parking for employees regardless of position.· Flexible working hours (start 8am-10am, finish 4pm-6pm).· Attractive package of MEDICOVER medical care with dental care.· Life insurance.· MedicoverSport card and cafeteria program.· Additional days off for birthday and health check-up.· Attractive discounts on PANDORA products.· Employee Pension Plans (PPE).· Additional benefits under the company's social fund (e.g., holiday or kindergarten subsidies).Pandora's recruitment procedures are designed to be transparent and clear for all candidates.
