We are looking for a Backend Developer (C# and Python) to join our Research and Development Team of over 30 software developers and data scientists in Warsaw, as part of one of the world's biggest media agencies. It is this RnD team’s responsibility to provide media planning tools and solutions for the whole Agency on international markets.Required Skills & Experience:

C#/.NET Core/ Python: Professional experience with C# and ASP.NET Core and Python
Unit Testing: Solid experience in writing comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
CI/CD: Proven experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
Containerization: Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
SQL Databases: Strong proficiency in working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
GIT: Excellent command of Git for version control, including familiarity with GitFlow.
REST Architecture: In-depth understanding and practical experience with RESTful API design and development.

Nice-to-Haves:

Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively in a team with a "no code review, no merge" policy.
ORM: Familiarity with Object-Relational Mappers.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud (GCP).
Frontend Awareness: Basic understanding of frontend technologies.
Agile Development: Experience working in an agile software development environment.
Industry Experience: Experience in the (digital) media industry.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science.
