- Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials for MRO operations.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, reducing downtime and improving resource availability.
- Analyze demand trends to ensure appropriate stock availability for maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to address material shortages and delays.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and client-specific logistics requirements.
- Facilitate accurate tracking of shipments and timely resolution of delivery-related issues.
- Identify and implement improvements in logistics workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Develop metrics and reports to measure logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of material movements, shipping documentation, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, quality standards, and MRO process requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to align logistics activities with project timelines.
- Support audits, customer reviews, and inspections related to logistics and supply chain processes.
- Address logistics-related challenges, such as material delays, non-conformances, or inventory discrepancies, with a solution-focused mindset.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or MRO support roles.
- Understanding of logistics processes, inventory management principles, and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in logistics tools and systems (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in the aerospace industry or MRO operations.
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards and compliance requirements.
- Exposure to lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
