- Define and develop the long-term vision and strategy for digital products aligned with business growth objectives.
- Gather and consolidate requirements and expectations from business stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product direction.
- Identify opportunities for product growth and recommend practical development approaches.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and optimisation.
- Break down requirements into manageable components, focusing on defining MVPs
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date product backlog using agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with business users, designers, system architects, developers, and QA engineers to ensure detailed and clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Estimate business value and help shape business cases.
- Monitor service quality (SLA), analyse incident root causes, and recommend functional improvements.
- Identify risks and take a proactive approach to mitigate them.
- Adapt to changing priorities and business needs with a flexible and responsive attitude.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in mobile applications and retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira, Confuence).
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle, UX/UI principles, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Budget management and risk assessment experience is a plus.
- Experience working in an omnichannel retail environment is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of mobile technology trends and retail customer experience optimisation
- Excellent command of English and Polish (written and spoken)
