- The PV and Storage Engineer is responsible for analyzing the customer’s demand, providing optimized solution to customer, delivering solution value to customer. Duties include leading an ambitious build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.
- Evaluating and developing PV and energy storage solutions in various scenarios, and regularly gain market insights and analyze the application scenarios and business models of PV and energy storage technologies.
- Deeply participating in the solution design of global utility projects, establish dialogues with customers' technical executives, and support successful market expansion.
- Participating in activities such as industry exhibitions and technical exchanges, grasp the industry development trend, and demonstrate Huawei's professional image.
- Understanding the mainstream utility technical solutions, understanding customer pain points, and guiding future product design.
- At least 3 years of full-time work in PV or energy storage business;
- Experienced in Solution/Technical Sales to directly take care of customers and projects;
- Has successful and rich experience to deal with complex organization and projects
- Have a basic command of the main application modes of the ESS in various scenarios, especially the business model, scenario features, and product solution requirements of the PV+ESS scenario.
- Be familiar with PV & ESS project design regulations and specifications. Be able to design ESS solutions. familiar with the core components of the ESS, such as batteries, PCS, and control systems;
- Be familiar with the main architectures of the large-scale utility system and off-grid system, and the advantages and disadvantages of various solutions
- Combine both technical speech (overpower Huawei Smart Storage Solution and technical advantages) as well as business speech (explaining the LCOS reductions or ROI benefits of our solutions)
- Motivated and have the ability to work across an international and multi-cultural teams
- English - as a working language;
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical automation or other related fields.
- Be proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
