- Preparing management reports and leveraging Power BI for insights across Global Finance Support
- Designing, monitoring, and executing KPIs
- Optimizing P2P processes and ensuring compliance (e-invoicing, payment terms, automatching, categories)
- Governing and standardizing payment terms; improving payment accuracy and cash flow
- Managing vendor base (one-time suppliers, new vendor analysis, tail spend)
- Driving P2P improvement projects and adopting best practices
- Bachelor or Master degree in finance, Economics, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an analyst or controller
- Experience in managing projects
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Proficient in Excel and preparing excel related reports based on large number of data
- Advanced Power BI skills - must have
- Good communication and presenting skills
- Experience with working with 'cross culture communication'
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with maturity in a stand-alone role
- Capability to follow established processes as well as design new ones
- Effective communication skills for collaborating within a complex international organization and with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in professional English
- Quick learning ability and eagerness to acquire new knowledge
