
In-house Lawyer

- Support corporate transactions across multiple European jurisdictions, including acquisitions and financings.
- Maintain and organise minute books and corporate records for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare, review and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and company filings.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including supplier, consultancy, and employment contracts.
- Liaise with local counsel and service providers to ensure timely and compliant filings and corporate housekeeping.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal legal processes.
- At least 5 years of legal experience, preferably in a cross-border setting.
- Significant transactional and corporate experience in Europe, including M&A and/or debt financings.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and corporate maintenance.
- Experience drafting or reviewing commercial contracts.
- Fluent in English; French, Spanish or German language skills are a strong asset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
- A practical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
