
Sales Engineer – Prefabrication Ceresit (Poland/Czech Republic/Slovakia) (m/f)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial producers, prefabrication manufacturers, and construction stakeholders
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions from the company's product portfolio
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and production departments
- Prepare technical and commercial offer, including detailed product selection, pricing and delivery terms in line with customer expectations and company standards
- Coordinate technical support, product trials, and training sessions on site
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regional teams to ensure alignment with market needs
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders
- University degree in Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar technical field or minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or cooperation with industrial clients, preferably in construction materials, adhesives, prefabrication, precast production, or engineering services
- Proven ability to navigate industrial organizations and identify decision-makers
- English, Polish - fluent (both spoken and written). Czech/Slovak - conversational level is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to translate technical knowledge into customer value
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts
- Open mindset and solution-oriented attitude
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently across a multi-country territory
- Comfort with technical presentations and conducting product trials on-site
- Employment based on employment contract in a hybrid mode, max. 10 days per month.
