- Execute and optimize daily transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs while following standardized processes.
- Drive and support process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Ensure operational compliance with regulations and internal/external guidelines.
- Maintain effective communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
- Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures.
- Act as a backup for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Contribute to a problem-solving culture by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade.
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk.
- SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience in business process management (all levels welcome).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
- Language skills:
- English fluent
- German A2+
