Your tasks

offering and promoting products and services to the clients,
supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages),
analysing and solving customer's' queries,
sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.),
making changes to the system,
forwarding faults or calls to other departments.

What we expect

French at C1 level or above,
English at least B1/B2 level,
willingness to work in shifts,
customer oriented attitude,
excellent organizational and communication skills,
good knowledge of MS Office.
