- Experience in managing strategic audience segmentation, personalization, and user paths using proprietary data- Experience in running digital marketing campaigns (both own and paid)- Reporting, testing, and analytics (A/B testing, statistical significance, incrementality calculations, trends, data interpretation, narrative and recommendation creation, dashboard creation)- Ability to identify operational gaps and optimizations to maintain data integrity across platforms- Communication and organizational skills in dealing with both technical teams and business stakeholdersTool requirements- Snowflake or other SQL database- Experience with CDP- Email service provider (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
