Java Backend Developer

• Designing and developing applications using the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security).
• Implementing and maintaining unit and integration tests (JUnit, Testcontainers) to ensure code quality.
• Working with relational and non-relational databases (including MongoDB).
• Building and running Docker containers and participating in their orchestration and maintenance.
• Supporting the CI/CD process with tools such as Azure DevOps (build, test, deploy).
• Managing and configuring application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat) in Linux/macOS environments.
• Developing and integrating applications in cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Ensuring the security, performance, and scalability of systems.

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security).
• Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit, Testcontainers, etc.).
• Knowledge of document databases (MongoDB) and Liquibase.
• Hands-on experience with Docker (container creation, deployment, orchestration).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with tools like Azure DevOps.
• Experience with application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat).
• Ability to work in Linux/macOS environments.
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms (MS Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript; practical experience with React will be an advantage.

• Contract type: B2B.
• Rate: up to 150 PLN/h.
• Work model: fully remote, standard business hours (9:00–17:00).
