Company: MarshDescription:We are seeking a driven designer to join our Business Performance team in Marsh Affinity Europe. This role will be based in Warsaw and a hybrid role that has a requirement of working three days a week in the office.We will count on you to:

Support sales and placement (presenting/preparing Affinity digital proposition) and ongoing client projects
Drive UI/UX design for the Marshs digital product and servicing journeys across digital platforms and related channels
Collaborate with product, business and IT teams to uncover customer and business needs, and translating them into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
Drive and guide team members in all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation to conceptualization and execution
Define best practices and processes and embed these into the team to allow them to function efficiently and effectively, while ensuring the team's designs meet relevant standards and governance processes
Nurture a positive, creative, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration between teams with constructive and respectful feedback
Navigate conflict resolution within the team as well as within projects, teams and relationships
Contribute to further elevating the digital design capability and customer-centricity

What you need to have:

3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX design or related field
Ability to manage fast-paced projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex, user-centered digital products, particularly in the financial services sector
Keen sense of ownership and commitment to work and passion for delivering results
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a business mindset, with the ability to manage relationships and convey solutions to senior business stakeholders.
Understanding of UI/UX design methodologies, design principles, trends and industry best practices in web/application development
Able to demonstrate critical thinking beyond business requests, show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong conceptual visual perception, with a meticulous eye for detail and design aesthetic
Be detail driven, and able to manage across multiple, time-sensitive projects at the same time without compromising the quality of work
Good level of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
Some experience in project management or CXM related jobs is a plus, if not eagerness to learn more in this area is important
