Within the scope of the Leader’s supervision are indirect pricing entry, issue and discrepancy resolution, and claim settlement. Bill-back Team Leader additionally ensures successful transition & stabilization of processes in Kraków.What You Will Do:

Ensure delivery of exceptional service in Bill-back related areas
Build and supervise Bill-back team
Ensure successful transition and stabilization of processes in GBS Kraków
Suggest and carry out process improvements
Act as a Bill-back related expert to other departments of Ecolab and be the main point of contact for the process
Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Coach and mentor team members

What You Will Need:

Fluent English, German will be an asset
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
3+ years of financial processes experience; experience in people management is an asset
Strong PC skills, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and good system knowledge of SAP
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in multinational environment
