For our customer, we are looking for a Virtual Workplace Application Knowledge SME with strong technical writing skills and experience in virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). You will play a key role in organizing knowledge platforms, ensuring high-quality documentation, and facilitating smooth knowledge handover for internal and external stakeholders.Project information:

Location: Remote
Type of employment: B2B contract or
Remuneration: Up to 110 PLN/hour net + VAT on B2B
Project language: German + English

Your tasks:

Act as a single point of contact for internal and external communication related to VDI applications
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for virtual workplace knowledge, focusing on application usage within the VDI environment
Organize and maintain a knowledge platform
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
Support handover to delivery teams

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English (both required)
Experience in technical writing, training development, and digital content strategy
Expertise in VDI environments and virtual workplace applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
