This position will work directly with the Cluster Financial Controller, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes and the timely completion of tasks.
  • Supervision of the ongoing work of the accounting team (4 people)
  • Organization, coordination, and monitoring of team tasks
  • Substantive support for employees in the area of accounting and tax regulations
  • Verification of the accuracy of accounting document records and entries in the financial and accounting system
  • Preparation and verification of tax returns and financial statements
  • Collaboration with other departments regarding document flow and settlements
  • Participation in month-end and year-end closings
  • Implementation and improvement of processes in the accounting department
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, including team supervision
  • Excellent knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax law
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and tax returns
  • Ability to work in a team and manage people
  • Good work organization, meticulousness, and responsibility
  • Knowledge of the hotel or related industry is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting systems and MS Excel
  • Good command of Polish and English languages
