The Solution Architect - R2R will be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions related to the Record to Report processes within client financial systems. Should have good experience with template-based project and building templated for Future Rollouts. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, design effective solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect solutions for R2R processes, including general ledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement in financial reporting and compliance.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, including process flows, data models, and integration requirements.
- Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.
- Responsible for building a template for Future Rollouts.
- Conduct testing and validation of R2R solutions to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to finance and accounting.
- Provide training to Key users.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Record to Report processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.Proven ability to design and implement scalable financial solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
