Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular status reports, presentations, and updates for key stakeholders.

International Comapny|Hybrid working model

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience (min. 5 years) managing ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
