You're ideal for this role if you have:

3–5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in financial services
Proven experience with payment systems such as SWIFT, Elixir, or Sorbnet
Ability to work independently and manage requirements in complex projects
Strong analytical skills with experience in documenting system specifications
Background in system changes and migrations, ideally in payment engines
Experience collaborating with demanding stakeholders, including C-level executives
Knowledge of system integration and workflows in banking environments
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)

You will join a high-impact project focused on replacing and modernizing the payment engine, ensuring seamless operations across payment platforms. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, to gather requirements, define solutions, and oversee changes to critical payment systems.
