For Linklaters office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Creative Designer role.About the TeamYou will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the Business Development and Marketing (BDM) team. Linklaters Global Solutions is a function delivering day-to-day transactional work essential to the smooth running of the firm and providing analysis and advisory capability to our business stakeholders, lawyers, and partners globally.Join our global Creative Design team responsible for delivering high-quality, brand-consistent marketing collateral and creative solutions. Collaborating across the firm, our team supports business development, marketing, and client relationship initiatives worldwide.You will be responsible forCreating visually engaging artwork, presentations, and marketing materials to brand standardsUsing templates and established guidelines to deliver consistent, high-quality outputsSupporting the design and adaptation of bespoke graphics under directionApplying quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with briefsResponding promptly to design requests and enquiries via the team mailboxWorking closely with colleagues to share knowledge and support each otherSuggesting practical improvements to team processes and workflowsUsing digital tools, including AI where appropriate, to enhance design workMaintaining clear communication and positive relationships with stakeholdersDeveloping your design skills and knowledge through ongoing learningApply if youHave two or more years of experience in graphic or creative design, or artwork support (professional services/corporate setting preferred)Demonstrate advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPointAre highly organised, able to manage multiple projects under pressureCommunicate fluently in English (B2/C1), both written and verbalShow strong attention to detail and creativityExcel at stakeholder management and working collaborativelyProactively take ownership of your work and professional growthLocationWarsaw (hybrid model – 2 days in the office per week)BenefitsJoining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success.
