- Being the main focal point for all Guardicore related issues from the customer perspective.
- Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions etc. of the Guardicore platform.
- Providing best practice guidance by recommending policies and features to configure and use.
- Aggregating support issues and work them out with Guardicore's technical teams and the customer.
- Raising product related issues that should be looked at by Guardicore's Product team.
- Have proven experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management.
- Have deep hands-on experience with advanced Linux administration.
- Have experience with automation with Chef/Puppet/Salt/Ansible/etc.
- Have thorough understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting on network devices and OSs.
- Have an understanding of managing, monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed applications.
- Be familiar with VMWare networking and VSphere
- Have proficiency level in English both written and spoken - Any additional language are an advantage.
