
Senior Sales Operations Manager

- Analyze sales, market, and contract data to support growth strategies and tender forecasting
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using SAP (Systems Applications and Products), Power BI, and other tools to guide commercial decisions
- Partner with business leaders to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
- Support pricing, territory planning, and sales performance tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and digital tool adoption
- Contribute to business development and expansion initiatives across Poland
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally in the MedTech industry
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools, CRM systems, and Excel
- Experience with SAP and data visualization platforms
- Strategic and operational mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
