Other requirements: experience in bioinformatics and analysis of Oxford Nanopore long-
reads data experience with programmatic data management tools, including
expertise in SQL and relational databases
extensive experience in using Unix/Linux and knowledge of at least one
programming language (e.g. Python)
experience in supervision of students or in coordination of citizen
science campaigns (e.g. filed mycological inventories)
good teamwork and collaboration skills
expected high scientific autonomy and strong motivation
