- Ticket Management: Registering and deregistering requests, handling priority tickets, and ensuring compliance with release processes.
- Release Coordination: Supporting the planning and execution of SAP releases - including Major, Minor, Custom, and Special Releases - as well as Emergency Fixes.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintaining release documentation, test evidence, and process instructions (standard and exceptional).
- Team Collaboration: Daily communication with developers, stakeholders, and various departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Tool Usage: Working with Jira, ITSM, checklists, and SAP ChaRM (Change Request Management).
- Support for SAP and non-SAP users: Acting as a point of contact and coordinating tasks across different system lines (SAP-Linien).
- Deep SAP Knowledge: Exposure to structured release processes in SAP R&D, including system line coordination and deployment strategies.
- Professional Growth: Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ITSM, and SAP ChaRM, plus opportunities to expand your skills in ITIL and project coordination.

- Language Skills: German at B1+ level or higher, and fluent English.

- Experience in SAP release management or IT service coordination
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and structured software development
- Experience with CI/CD environments and configuration management tools
- Shift Work: Monday to Friday, between 6:00-18:00 (two shifts)
- Weekend Work: Up to 4 weekends per year for major releases
- Calendar: Work aligned with the German calendar
- Grade: Max. GCM 6 (preferably GCM 4-5)
