At Smith+Nephew we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living.As a Marketing Automation Platform Intern, you will support the configuration and optimization of our marketing automation system. You will assist in creating and implementing automated marketing campaigns, maintaining data integrations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, learning to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and gaining hands-on experience in technical aspects like HTML/CSS, SQL, and AMPscript.Planned start date: 1 March- 1 April 2024Program length: till 31.12.2024Location: WroclawAs a Marketing Automation Platform Intern you will be responsible for:

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather requirements and process flows for campaigns,
Supporting with technical capabilities of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to strengthen their campaign plan
Assisting and/ or leading campaign set up including audience building, campaign scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, delivery and reporting.
Through self-learning, hands on experience and partnering with implementation partners, develop your knowledge to be able to consult the stakeholders on technical capabilities, best practice and optimization opportunities
