- Proven experience as a Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager or Scrum Master / Agile Coach in an agile environment (at least 7-8 years).
- Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end technology/software implementation projects as a Project/Program Manager/Team Leader
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a track record of serving as a point of contact for diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with backlog management, business analysis, and prioritization across multiple teams.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a history of leading and reporting to senior leadership teams.
- A deep understanding of SCRUM ceremonies, JIRA, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to track team capacity and align resources with project needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues and dependencies in cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM), Project Management (PMP) or other relevant.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks outside of Scrum (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and agile at scale methods (SAFe, LeSS).
- Experience in managing releases and coordinating across multiple disciplines.
- Knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience with project roadmap management and business updates.
- Previous experience coordinating travel and logistics for teams.
- Familiarity with tools for tracking metrics and project performance.
- Team & Work Organization: You'll manage the recruitment and assignment of team members, coordinate schedules, and be the main point of contact for any team concerns or issues.
- Communication & Coordination: You will act as the primary liaison between Services and the team, addressing queries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth inter-team communication.
- Release & Scope Management: You'll coordinate the scope and priorities for each release, working closely with Services to ensure that tasks are prioritized effectively across PODs.
- Backlog & Prioritization: You'll support backlog management; help resolve inter-team dependencies and assign priorities for tasks across various teams.
- Leadership & Reporting: Lead weekly leadership meetings, track progress through metrics, and refine reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and ensure the project stays on track.
- SCRUM Ceremonies & JIRA Support: You'll organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners and BAs, and ensure that JIRA is accurately maintained for project visibility.
- Team Capacity & Effort Tracking: By monitoring team capacity and effort, you will ensure that the project remains aligned with both resource availability and business needs.
- Collaboration & Coordination: You'll facilitate communication across Design, Business Analysis, and POD teams to keep work on track and meet deadlines.
- Roadmap & Business Updates: Manage and update the project roadmap, offering regular business updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Release Support & Documentation: Ensure that all relevant documentation (functional docs, release notes, etc.) is prepared, reviewed, and shared appropriately.
