Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud experience is a plus!Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and other integration toolsStrong knowledge of data architecture, data modelling, and data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and integrity. Security and Compliance: In-depth understanding of Salesforce security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and compliance with industry regulationsSkill in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing system responsiveness, and enhancing user experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, convey technical concepts, and collaborate with cross functional teams.Excellent technical knowledge and an understanding of the software development processAbility to deliver on commitments and timelinesAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing prioritiesDemonstrated experience supporting a team and mentoring other developersNice to haveWorking knowledge of Azure ADOWorking experience with REST APIKeen on latest trends in technology such as AI and Machine LearningIn Aviva Services Excellence Centre, we provide:Contract of employmentPerformance BonusPrivate medical care (ENEL-MED)Emotional support consultationsCafeteria system of benefits (e.g. MultiSport card)Additional parent privileges:
