- Initiate and schedule regular customer visits with a focus on providing technical solutions to customer designs from the Richardson RFPD supplier Linecard.
- Will create and drive opportunities and product selection within their accounts.
- Utilize distribution/supplier knowledge to grow market share and sales. Build strong relationships with suppliers and their representatives.
- Managing designs from conception to production, providing all sales support needed including customer visits, supplier visits and engineering services.
- Maintain and grow customer database and defined vertical market and applications.
- Provide reports and market knowledge of territory and growth plans.
- Attending supplier training events to keep up to date on product technologies and road maps.
- 5 years+ of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the territory defined above.
- Degree in electronics or related subject
- Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.
- Fluency in English, and Polish+ / Czech language.
- A knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle would be an advantage.
