Introduction:Product Consultant role offers an opportunity to work within international team of Consultants delivering SymphonyAI’s FinCrime product suite. Job Description:What you’ll do:

Configuration of SymphonyAI FinCrime products to meet clients' requirements, which includes modifying SQL queries
Contributing to different projects, delivering varied applications of SymphonyAI FinCrime products in cooperation with our local and global teams
Participation in the preparation for, and delivery of, workshops with clients' representatives
Tuning the SymphonyAI FinCrime product configurations based on feedback from both internal QA teams and clients

What you’ll bring:

Fluency in both spoken and written English.
Previous experience working with ticket-based systems, e.g. JIRA.
Previous experience implementing and configuring software solutions for clients.
Experience using SQL
Demonstrated ability to work with software documentation
The following requirements are not mandatory, but would be beneficial:

Relevant experience in the FinCrime domain, such as roles involving KYC, Fraud, AML, or risk and compliance, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
Experience in using GenAI to enhance or automate tasks, thereby delivering value more quickly.
