Accountant with German

• processing all supplier invoices in accordance with documented procedure,
• initiating vendor setup and maintenance in financial systems when necessary,
• responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner,
• preparing payment proposals and executing payments as per schedule,
• ensuring customer service,
• posting incoming payments and reconciling accounts,
• preparing and posting manual payments,
• performing internal and external reporting,
• managing credit limits.

• higher education (in accounting or finance would be an asset),
• very good command of English and German (min. B2 level),
• experience in areas such as OtC or PtP,
• good understanding of accounting principles,
• working knowledge of SAP,
• good skills in MS Excel and Word,
• strong communication and analytical skills,
• ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems,
• ability to stay focused on deadlines and effectively prioritize daily tasks.
