· Oversee the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies in 'People' function area, ensuring efficient sharing of People-related information across the organization.
· Define & own the content/knowledge management strategy for the organization and set the content architecture along side of it.
· Taxonomy Management - oversee the libraries, folder structures and implement a standard for tags and categories.
· Content standards - apply standards and establish writing guidelines based on best practices and develop the team to ensure these are achieved.
· Develop and coordinate migration strategy of existing content sources (Sharepoints) in the organization.
· Work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and align the content strategy with their vision.
· Functionally evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of People Direct, using Knowledge Management as key enabler but also building standard in employee service PS&S provides on all levels of interactions between PS&S and Electrolux employees (incl technology enhancement, tier 0 self-service increase, org set up etc.)
· Work on different levels (with COEs - global or regional frameworks, with country PS&S and HRCMs- country frameworks) to make sure that Electrolux new hire induction framework but also periodical updates secure the relevant approach in providing People (HR) processes, systems and labour law knowledge.
· Oversee & own both the internal knowledge base for PS&S and the external knowledge base where employees across the organization can access all HR related knowledge ensuring these are of high quality, up to date, with searchable content.
· Maintain our Knowledge repositories and foster collaboration across our People (HR) teams to enhance our overall People effectiveness.
· Context mapping - mapping articles or resources that link to one another, including auditing these resources over time.
· Oversight into Publication Workflows - audit how quickly and easy content gets published and updated across the organization (not approving articles yourself)
· Stay updated with the best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management, continuously refining knowledge management strategies and approaches
· Foster a dynamic and collaborative knowledge sharing environment.
· Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives in area of responsibility.
· Collaborate with the ServiceNow & E-gate teams to ensure the technical resources are up-to-date and meeting the requirements.
· Define reports helping in right monitoring of Knowledge management and PeopleDirect function.
· Leverage analytics tool to evaluate business impact, track the usage and define efficiency of the knowledge base content.
· Manage Change Requests for the respective technology
· Audits and quality control - together with the Regional Coordinators organize audits to ensure the best quality of published articles.
· Maintain the PS&S induction framework to make sure new PS&S employees/PS&S employees changing the roles can get relevant "People" processes. systems, etc. knowledgeWhat we look for in you:
· University Degree and previous relevant experience in Human Resources, Knowledge Management, or Learning & Development.
· Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
· Experience using ServiceNow or similar platforms for knowledge management purposes, including creating multi-language and role-specific knowledge articles, as well as monitoring knowledge quality and relevance.
· Knowledge of Office365 and especially Sharepoint platforms.
· Strong planning, organization, project management skills with attention to detail.
· Strong analytical skills, digitally savvy, interested in new technologies and being up to date with newest trends.
· Result driven, passionate about automation and continuous improvement.
· Ability to work in ambiguous environments, taking the initiative to drive plans independently.
· Experience in change management, including performing impact analysis and creating communications plans.
