The role will be part of Customer Engagement team to capture country requirements, design and deliver new, globally harmonized Agreement and Pricing Management processes and solutions that are critical for overall Customer Engagement success.Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Creation of “user stories”; define and prioritize developments. Follow up and fine tune features; come up with solutions
- Work collaboratively with regional team to align on priorities. Support team with providing input for writing and documenting user stories that are clear, concise, and easy-to-understand for the business and development/testing team
- Identify and align cross-functional needs for Pricing Agreement Management topics
- Provide creative solutions: fit required changes in the existing processes / adjust the existing process flows if required, guarantee that the solutions are global and at the same time flexible. Work with the team on the solution for the requirements and explain the business need to the developers, architect, and testing team
- Drive overall sales success in meeting their targets and objectives; understand success factors and root cause driving outcomes
- Provide accurate and thoughtful responses to resolve a variety of inquiries from users
- Enhance engagement through regular discussion and feedback with end users
- Provide oversight and best practice methodology for Change Management practice to ensure strong buy-in and adoption for new initiatives and ongoing feedback for continual performance optimization
- Create and maintain training documentation. Provide training to end users.
- Align processes with overall Sandoz vision and strategy
- Responsible for providing support to the Sales and/or Customer Service functions by leading the implementation of Pricing Agreement Management solutions across the commercial organ-ization
- Work with functional team leads to drive resolution of issues, risk mitigation, cross-term com-munication, and escalation as required
- Minimum 2 years of digital experience related to pricing agreement management (CPQ)
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures, build relationships, collaborate, and influence within a complex matrix organization, at ease with uncertainty and ambiguity
- Experience in generating process documentation
- Solid understanding of Global digital landscape, development processes and methodologies¨
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate and engage at all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated business expertise and knowledge (business acumen) and the ability to consult internally and/or externally
- Ability to speak multiple business languages (strategy, marketing, technology), passion for forward thinking
