It's time to join our team and help build more sustainable environments!We are currently looking for a Junior Internal Auditor to join us at Poznan office If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.The role:The Junior Internal Auditor position is for ambitious, talented, and motivated students, university graduates or young professionals who would like to explore the world of audit and join our international team of auditors.The Junior Internal Auditor is at the heart of the business, taking part in intercompany projects and meeting people from various departments of Orbia. They'll have the chance to develop analytical skills, gain functional and industry insights, and experience our unique workplace culture around the world.Under direct supervision, you will assist internal auditors with:Financial and operational business processes controls reviewsRisk and database analysisIdentification of business risks, understanding of business processes and internal controlsPerforming risk assessment and testing procedures in line with the audit planComposing audit reports based on performed audit proceduresPresenting findings and recommendations in meetings with team members and auditeesWhat we require from you:Very good command of the English languageMaster/Bachelor student (3-5th year) or recent graduates with background in Finance / Accounting / EconometricsAn analytical mindset, highly developed problem-solving skills and a need for constant developmentExcellent communications skills, both written and verbalAbility to work both individually and as part of a teamGood knowledge of MS ExcelAvailability to work full-time and to travel abroad (approximately 25%)Experience in External or Internal Audit - advantageWhat we offer:

Full time employment contract (18 months) in an international working environment; indefinite period contract after successful program graduation
