The IT Project Manager – Architectural Coatings EMEA is a high-impact role responsible for driving the successful execution of analytics and reporting projects across PPG AC EMEA. This individual will manage complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of solutions that support strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage multiple analytics and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectivesApply best practices in project management to oversee scope, schedule, resources, risks, and qualityMaintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and proactively addressing challengesCoordinate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth project executionIdentify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategiesEnsure accountability for delivering projects on time, within scope and budgetSupport continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and facilitating knowledge sharingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong grasp of current methodologies and toolsProven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in international and multicultural environmentsStrong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and drive resultsExperience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver business valueExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle is preferredDesired Competencies/Skills:Experience in managing reporting and data analytics projectsAbility to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable project plansPassionate about data and its role in driving business decisionsMotivated to explore emerging technologies and continuously learnStrong conceptual and analytical thinkingPPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
