You're ideal for this role if you have:

Past working experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant
Strong payments domain experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and contribute in a team
Knowledge of project collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Ability to produce BPMN and end-to-end process flows
Understanding of activities required for all phases of the project lifecycle
Knowledge of SQL for data querying
Proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs in complex environments

It is a strong plus if you have:

Experience in UK payments
Role-relevant qualifications such as CBAP or IQBBA certification

You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves translating requirements into actionable user stories, producing detailed process flows, and supporting software delivery through to production.
