- Support day-to-day operations of the OTOMOTO marketing team with precision and ownership.
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies are on track.
- Create compelling, visually polished presentations (primarily in English) that are shared with leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Keep team meetings efficient by preparing agendas, capturing action points, and ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Manage marketing budget documentation, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies, keeping communication smooth and structured.
- Identify and connect insights across different projects and report them in a clear, actionable way.
- Manage promotional materials (e.g., branded gadgets), ensuring organized storage, identifying new suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships.
- You're highly organized, self-motivated, and naturally proactive.
- You have excellent presentation-building skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and a sharp eye for layout, clarity, and detail.
- You enjoy working behind the scenes to make the whole team more efficient.
- You're structured in your approach, take notes like a pro, and always know what's next.
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) - most decks and updates are prepared in English.
- Bonus points if you have basic graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe or similar).
