(Junior) Specialist in Accounts Receivable with Spanish (OTC)
Location: Lodz - hybrid or remoteResponsibilities:
Telephone contact in Spanish (responding to phone calls, e-mails, and queries from the clients)
Performing cash collection activities - chasing customers, managing open items
Supporting AR team with payment methods maintaining
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly regular financial reports
Ongoing e-mail communication in Spanish and English
Collaborating with other teams and internal clientsRequirements:
1-3 years of experience in AR or another finance & accounting domain
Experience in customer-facing roles
Spanish minimum C1
English minimum C1
Good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and teamwork skills
Good knowledge of MS Office package
