- Oversee the design and implementation of local policies and procedures;
- Ensure proper execution and monitoring of compliance with established procedures;
- Lead the preparation for internal and external audits;
- Support effective decision-making within the scope of compliance and risk management;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as the key point of contact for the FCG and SAP security areas;
- Drive process optimization through control improvements, system enhancements, and new implementations;
- Ensure operational controls are in place and aligned with company policies;
- Prepare reports and presentations for Senior Management based on defined requirements;
- Provide guidance and day-to-day leadership to a small team (currently one direct report);
- A self-reliant and structured professional with strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills;
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, and to provide feedback with ease;
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and time-management capabilities;
- Solid understanding of auditing standards, compliance frameworks, and control testing practices;
- Experience in managing both internal and external audits, including the provision of control evidence;
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business);
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Office suite);
- Fluency in both English and Polish, written and verbal (minimum B2 level);
- A professional qualification such as ACCA or CIA is considered an asset;
