With hybrid working from our Krakow office, you will focus on delivering talent across our European claims business with particular focus on Germany operations for Krug (Motor Claims) and Actineo (Medical claims) business units. You will also have the opportunity to be part of the global Talent Acquisition CoE and HR group.Job DescriptionYou will partner with key stakeholders (BU & HR) providing a full 360 recruitment service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline requirements. You will be comfortable identifying and engaging technical and operational talent across both active and passive talent pools, effectively communicating the Verisk EVP to attract high quality candidates.You will leverage the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process. You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.Qualifications
  • Previous 5+ years of recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, preferably recruiting for skilled blue-collar roles (mechanics or engineers).
  • Proven track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing, and hiring talent at scale.
  • Strong relationship management skills with hiring teams and business partners.
  • Passionate about your work, consistently delivering high-quality results that set you apart.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on optimizing processes for efficiency.
  • Adaptable and influential engagement style integral to the growth and success of the company.
  • Digitally savvy with experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in business communication in both German and English.
