- Installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of computer and office equipment
- Providing technical support for end-users
- As part of the global service model - support for L2 tickets and/or escalation according to ServiceDesk procedures
- Ensuring the functionality of existing ICT infrastructure
- Ensuring the functionality of all communication services
- Assistance and training for end-users in systems and equipment
- Ensuring the implementation and adherence to global and local policies and procedures
- Preparation and updating of technical documentation
- Maintaining contact with suppliers
- Participation in budgeting for new equipment
- 1 year of experience in the IT field
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Good understanding of computers, operating systems and networks (LAN and WAN)
- Good understanding of power systems (UPS, batteries, electrical basics)
- Basic understanding of telecommunications (VHF, HF, satellite communications)
- Hybrid working model in Warsaw
- Employment of contract
- Monday - Friday: 8:00-16:00/9:00-17:00
