Installation, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of computer and office equipment
Providing technical support for end-users
As part of the global service model - support for L2 tickets and/or escalation according to ServiceDesk procedures
Ensuring the functionality of existing ICT infrastructure
Ensuring the functionality of all communication services
Assistance and training for end-users in systems and equipment
Ensuring the implementation and adherence to global and local policies and procedures
Preparation and updating of technical documentation
Maintaining contact with suppliers
Participation in budgeting for new equipment

1 year of experience in the IT field
Fluency in English and Polish
Good understanding of computers, operating systems and networks (LAN and WAN)
Good understanding of power systems (UPS, batteries, electrical basics)
Basic understanding of telecommunications (VHF, HF, satellite communications)

Hybrid working model in Warsaw
Employment of contract
Monday - Friday: 8:00-16:00/9:00-17:00
