- Delivering the agreed scope and processes of the Controlling in alignment with defined objectives
- Conducting continuous improvement in operational performance
- Supporting functional initiatives and projects within your area of responsibility
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation
- Making and executing decisions with speed and quality
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of the agreed FP&A controlling scope
- Participating in month-end closing, reporting, and planning processes (Budget, Estimates, True-up)
- Calculating Intercompany Charges and analyzing financial data against various baselines (Budget, Estimates)
- Identifying root causes of variances and providing actionable insights
- Cooperating with external auditors to support audit processes
- Managing financial aspects of IT assets
- Aligning yourself and your team with agreed priorities and promoting cross-team collaboration
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels (including top management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Controlling, or Financial Reporting
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Solid understanding of cost allocation and cost center structures
- Familiarity with monthly financial closing processes, accruals, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, HFM)
- Ability to turn ideas into action quickly, delivering with both speed and quality
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Foundational knowledge of accounting, controlling, and IFRS
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
