Carrier is seeking a motivated candidates to join our System Integration Group team in the role of Customer Service Specialist. The System Integration Group (SIG) provides daily services for critical life systems of LenelS2’s. The Customer Service Specialist position reports to the SIG Manager and works directly with the Value Added Reseller, System User and members of various departments within including but not limited to Technical Support, Customer Service, Advanced Services, Embedded Services, Inside Sales, and Training, Vendors etc.POSITION OVERVIEW:A candidate for this position will be responsible for service revenue process in terms of offering, data processing, generating licenses and processing orders. The Person will be responsible for direct communication with our external and internal customers on a daily basis.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The assignment involves support of LenelS2 products and operations:Software license management – Generate and Maintain software license database.Financial quotations and commercial offers for internal and external customers.Order processing in conjunction with multiple departments and vendors.Managing and booking trainings for our customers globally.Ensure Professional communication with Carrier Customers and the Carrier team, over the phone and via e-mail.Manage and prioritize requests.Timely resolutions of requests.Meeting daily targets of daily tasks, where not only quantity but quality matters.Provide expertise on complex issues.Open communication with manager and team.Sharing knowledge accrued with the team and knowledge data base.Main, strengthen and develop cross-functional relationships with key internal customers including Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management etc.Required traitsExceptional customer orientation.Open mindset to a constantly developing industry, services and processes.A self- driven individual – an eye and willingness for improvements.Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of an organization.Manage work well under stress and pressure.Positive ‘Can do’ attitude.Dependable and Independand.High standards of work ethic.Preferred Qualifications:Mandatory:Advanced English skills – written and spoken.Solid and professional communication skills in a client facing environment.High degree of initiative, energy and willingness to take ownership of activities and processes.Customer Service Experience, preferably working with international roles.Ability to learn and develop continuously as new processes are introduced.Ability to work with financial, confidential and contractual data.Knowledge of computer applications and tools:
- Office tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote (high advantage)
- SalesForce (high advantage)
