We are looking for passionate, open-minded leaders with a strategic approach. Implements operational process optimization projects
Oversees project implementation
Introduces tools for process optimization
Trains internal employees
Analyzes the results of implemented improvements
Monitors and reports results to the management board
Supervises all work related to project execution and quality
Organizes and is responsible for the proper execution of project work
Prepares periodic and control reports regarding the department's work
Utilization of the DMS budget in agreement with the supervisor
Takes care of entrusted company property and assets
Cultivates a positive company image and internal and external PR for the company
Ensures appropriate working conditions in terms of health and safety
Adheres to and monitors the application of the company's current work organization, regulations, procedures, and other internal instructions, including fire safety and health and safety

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Analytical thinking skills
Decision-making skills and taking initiative attitude
Knowledge of operational improvement projects
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

Languages:

English - advanced level
German - is a plus
