Are you ready to join us?About the role:As an Account Support representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to payroll customers. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding their payroll systems and will manage the dispatching of support tickets.What do we have to offer?

Which tasks can you expect?

Receiving, categorizing, and processing customer inquiries—particularly those related to e-files in the areas of Sales and Account Support
Forwarding tickets and inquiries to the appropriate agents and departments
Providing customers with updates on existing service inquiries via phone and support cases
Performing tasks within the ticketing system (e.g., creating users, routing tickets, and processing requests)
Conducting remote maintenance for partially outsourced customers
Supporting and setting up fee-based services (e.g., creating health insurance providers, cost centers, facilities, and data maintenance)
Sending forms to customers based on the nature of their inquiries
Assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees

What do you have to offer?

Excellent German language skills (B2+/C1)
Good English language skills (B1)
Good understanding of MS Office tools and their applications
Previous experience on a customer support role
Proficiency in basic software and technological solutions related to payroll accounting or the specific system used by the consultant - nice to have
Basic knowledge of payroll accounting regulations and compliance with tax laws - nice to have
