You'll lead the full lifecycle of our IT programme, ensuring smooth and timely delivery from concept to launch.
Planning, monitoring, and controlling project timelines, budgets, and resources will be in your capable hands.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, Business Analysts, integration partners, and senior management, will keep projects aligned and efficient.
Proactively managing risks and resolving challenges will ensure our projects stay on track and meet expectations.
You contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards and ensure that solutions fit the strategic business goals.
Communication and reporting across our global group will be coordinated by you, ensuring transparency and stakeholder engagement.

What makes us successful together

Qualification: You bring at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong focus on e-commerce environments.
Experience: Hands-on expertise in leading complex, cross-functional projects, including agile environments, will empower you to drive success.
Know-how and skills: Mastery of project management tools like Jira and Confluence, alongside solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, will help you excel.
Nice to have: Certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2 strengthen your profile, while experience with e-commerce processes and integrations is an advantage.
Personality: Your organizational talents and communication skills inspire teams and stakeholders alike, fostering collaboration and results.
Language skills: Fluent English and Polish are essential, and knowledge of German is a valued bonus.
