Troubleshoot technical issues with our coffee machines, ensuring quick and effective solutions
Act as a storyteller, sharing our brand's values and building strong relationships with clients
Collaborate with international teams and contribute to improving customer satisfaction

What we expect:

Fluency in Czech or Slovak (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Availability to work in the modern comfortable office in Katowice
Openness and willingness to understand and meet customer needs
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service
