
Administrative Assistant in Human Resources

- Administrative support in recruitment processes (eligibility checks, scheduling, documentation)
- Assistance with onboarding (IT/access requests, medical appointments, communication with candidates)
- Managing shared mailboxes and external/internal communication
- Preparing basic statistics (tables, charts)
- Supporting daily admin tasks, document flow, archiving, and data entry
- Organizing online/in-person meetings and taking minutes
- Performing general office duties (copying, scanning, etc.)
- Very good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent English (minimum B2)
- Responsibility, independence, service orientation
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Temporary employment contract until 23 December 2025, with the possibility of extension
