Definition of Requirements, Prototype Design and Release of global platform test system rigs used to test/configure Signify Products. Include Functional/Final, Programming, Safety and other processes
Prototype Design and Characterization of reliable & robust Hardware building blocs used globally to accelerate Industrial Test Engineers to deliver NPI Projects
Design of Family/Product Specific Tooling ( Electrical / Mechanical ) to guarantee the testability of products, ensuring test coverage and measurements accuracy, especially for new technologies or challenging projects
Maintaining and Contributing to Design Rules for Testing
Drives synergy in testing solutions ensuring new test standards together with installed test equipment base get maximum coverage at lowest test cost per product and minimum cycle time.
Detailed Engineering Digital Documentation & Version Control
Help on the analysis and troubleshooting of test processes/equipment and products. Provide feedback to Test Engineer, TPL, Development and Project team.
Contribute to the Global Test Community and documentation portal by good practices, lessons learned as well inform on the challenges to seek for support from the community

Your qualifications

Ideally a MCs or MEng Degree on Electronics, Mechatronics or Similar
Have 7+ years of proven experience in Test Rig Design and ATE Design in the area of electronics manufacturing
Have demonstrated experience in Analog & Digital Electronics Design, Mechanical Design and knowledge on embedded Systems.
Professional Knowledge of Signal Integrity & Electrical Compliance Methods, Mechanical Stress & Tolerance Calculation as well Troubleshooting Techniques
Have excellent English communication skills as well ability to understand voice of customer and demonstrated existing/developed solutions to broader communities
Independent, Self-Driven, Adaptive, Critical Thinking, Open to learn from others with an Industrial Mindset.
Pragmatic, motivated test project leader willing to travel globally for global project releases
Knowledge of CAD Systems for Electronic Designs, Electrical Designs & Mechanical Designs and familiarity with PLM Tools
Knowledge of FMEA Procedures and Risk Assessment for Safety and CE
Data Analytics & Statistical skills
